復合材料編織機設備簡介

　　用于各種復合材料預成型的編織工藝，編制材料可以為碳纖維、玻璃纖維、陶瓷纖維、玄武巖纖維及芳綸、高分子聚乙烯等高性能纖維等高性能纖維，產品用于航空航天、高鐵、地鐵、汽車等行業領域。該編織機又分為2D/2.5D/3D編織機。該設備可采用伺服電機驅動，電腦控制，配備軌道牽引或機器人牽引，使編織過程更加精密、標準化，編織設備使用的錠子結構特殊，有效減少編織材料起毛現象，編織效果好。

Used to braid various composite materials at peo-forming stages. Suitable materials are carbon fiber, glass fibers. Theproducts are commonly used in many fields such as aerospace, high-speed raill, subway, automobile and many other industries.
The braiding methods can be divided into 2D,2.5D, and 3D braiding. The machines are equipped with servo motor, computer control, track traction or robot traction, to make the braiding process more precise and standardized. The spindle used on the machines are specially customized, which effectively reduces the fuzz of the materials for a better braiding effect.
